Sparkhunting Founder, Tatiana Sy is a New York, LA, and London-based senior experiential/event leader who has spent the past fifteen years pursuing a mastery level understanding of the depths of the impact that live experiences can have on people and spaces. She is a natural leader and collaborator working at the intersection of ideation, production, and strategy across entertainment, experiential marketing, L&D, change management, and talent development.

As a dedicated mentor and lifelong student - she recognized the urgency and importance of staying educated in organizational design, team management, change management, corporate resilience, and communication. After years of participating in workshops, group cohorts, individual coaching, and events - she uncovered where she could bring all of her worlds together.

With Sparkhunting - she aims to reach people who wouldn’t recognize or access development services as a next step.
